Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, Amelia began her professional career at the age of 5 in a national commercial. After growing up performing musical theatre, Amelia attended the British American Drama Academy as well as American University where she received a BA in Musical Theatre.

Amelia moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and appeared over 160 episodes of General Hospital. She's also had roles on Days of Our Lives and All my Children. In 2015, Amelia was nominated for Best Supporting Actress (Show Business) at the Milan International Film Festival alongside Selma Blair and Zoe Kravitz in her category.

Amelia returned to her beloved home state of Maryland in 2020. She was honored to have been selected as Mrs. Maryland Petite USA 2023, competed at Nationals, and returned as Mrs. East Coast Petite USA 2024. She is specifically looking forward to raising more awareness on Crohn's Disease. And as part of her healing journey, Amelia launched Kickin' Crohn's, a support community fighting against the auto-immune disease together.

Her favorite role is being Jason's wife and mother of here two beautiful girls.
